At God’s Storehouse, we serve two basic categories of customers:

Those who are eligible for SNAP/Medicaid/SSI - customers receiving benefits from these programs may receive food boxes once a month. This food is provided by TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program).
Those not eligible for SNAP - customers not receiving benefits from these programs may receive food boxes every two (2) weeks. This food is provided through donations from surrounding communities.

If you are receiving benefits from these programs and need assistance, the following items will help us to complete your application for service at God’s Storehouse:

Picture identification
Current Address
EBT Card (Medicaid & SSI may not have this)
Information for everyone on your case (name, date of birth, last four digits of SSN)

*If you are unable to pick up your box from God’s Storehouse, you may designate a proxy to pick up for you. You must fill out a form every January and July at God’s Storehouse to designate the individual of your choice as your proxy.

Non- SNAP/Medicaid/SSI Customers

Allowed to pick up every 2 weeks

If you need assistance, but aren’t sure if you qualify please come by and bring the following items to complete your application for service at God’s Storehouse:

Picture identification
Proof of current address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, etc.)
Proof of income for everyone in household
Number of people in household
In school, no income (please bring a copy of your class schedule)
Other helpful information:
- Past two utility bills
- Bills or receipts for ongoing medical expenses
- Receipts for ongoing medical prescriptions
- Proof of payment of medical insurance premiums

PROXY - Picking up for a customer who cannot come in:

Must have EBT card or God’s Storehouse card of customer they are picking up for
Proxy must have picture ID

Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
