Our board represents a cross-section of our community and has a passion for our organization and those we serve. The members work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization and oversee that the funds raised directly affect those in need.

Our staff has a strong commitment to serving our community. But first and foremost, they focus their energies on those who take advantage of our programs and services.
Karen Harris is the Executive Director at God’s Storehouse. Her day starts by greeting the volunteers and staff in the warehouse, opening her office, and responding to emails. Each day the staff and volunteers gather for morning announcements and prayer where she shares any important updates from the organization and community. You can find her working food distribution, reception, gathering shopping carts or bringing boxes to the front for distribution. Some days she writes grants, calls repair people, resolve issues around the facility, and does anything else that needs to be done to make sure we can continue to serve our community. Her favorite food is anything Italian.
Rachel McKinney is the Assistant Director at God’s Storehouse. A typical day for Rachel includes greeting volunteers and staff, responding to emails, and procuring new volunteers. She helps volunteers in food distribution, warehouse, and anywhere else help is needed! Rachel enjoys working at God’s Storehouse because it is an opportunity to serve the local community she grew up in. Asian food is her favorite.
