Stamp Out Hunger food drive
We invite you to join letter carriers and local post offices in the fight to end hunger in our communities by participating in the annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive!
The National Association of Letter Carriers, Rural Letter Carriers, and the U.S. Post Office are holding their annual nation-wide food drive on Saturday, May 9. Leave non-perishable food items (no glass, please!) at your mailbox before your carrier arrives. Volunteers or Postal Workers will collect your items. Donations may also be dropped off at God’s Storehouse, 750 Memorial Drive.
Food collected stays in our community and helps those in need in Danville and Pittsylvania County. We depend on this event to help stock up for the summer months when donations are low.
